A social media manager at Daily Mail Australia has avoided conviction after he resisted arrest outside an Oxford Street nightclub claiming he would"sue" police.

Police believed the pair were arguing as they were observed"waving their hands above their heads and at each other", reported the Daily Telegraph. After police made multiple requests for his details they issued Rich with a move on direction but he failed to comply. According to security working at Universal, the female friend was ejected for intoxication and Rich was asked to leave by the manager, but the pair would not move on.
