Sandro Eric Sosing has been taken to hospital after suffering chest pains just minutes before his PDC World Championship match against Ian White on Friday afternoon.
Sandro Eric Sosing, who was due to play Ian White in the PDC World Championship, has been hospitalised after suffering chest pains just before his match on Friday at Alexandra Palace. The 41-year-old darts player experienced discomfort while practising and, after being evaluated by medical professionals on-site, was taken to a hospital for further examination.
White, who reached the quarter-finals at Alexandra Palace over a decade ago, will now advance to face Ritchie Edhouse on December 22. The winner of that encounter could potentially go head-to-head with the young darting talent, Luke Littler, in the subsequent round.READ MORE: Luke Littler's classy response to BBC SPOTY setback speaks volumes
