Darwin Nunez has responded to Liverpool's draw with Luton Town on Sunday
Darwin Nunez insists Liverpool "can do better" after their momentum-zapping 1-1 draw with Luton Town.
Nunez was at the heart of all of Liverpool's attacking play Kenilworth Road, although the Uruguayan failed to find the back of the net with any of his nine shots. In the second half, he missed a gilt-edged opportunity to put his side ahead after he blazed over from just yards out after a Mohamed Salah flick-on.
Speaking after the game, former Liverpool vice-captain Jamie Carragher claimed Nunez needs to add ruthlessness to his game if he is to fulfil his potential at Anfield.
