George Gilbey tragically died earlier this year, leaving behind his eight-year-old daughter Amelie
Most children will likely be asking Santa for toys and games this Christmas, but for one little girl, all she wants is to have her daddy back.
She explained how Amelie made the plea in her letter to Santa, reports the Mirror, as it shares part of Linda's interview with OK! magazine. Police and the Health and Safety Executive launched a joint investigation. Two men were arrested on suspicion of gross negligence manslaughter. One was released under investigation and the other released on bail.
The last few years have been tough for the widow, who has Parkinson’s disease and who also lost her beloved Pete, George’s stepfather, to bowel cancer in 2021 at the age of 71.
