The family, from Wirral, left the Channel 4 show after eight years
The Woerdenweber family were one of the most loved families on Gogglebox . They first appeared on our screens in 2013, offering hilarious insights into the week's television and were one of the original families on the famous Channel 4 show. Many families become regular faces to audiences as they take to our screens every Friday night and we get to know them well over the years as they invite us into their homes.
Viv revealed the hard work that goes on behind the scenes of the show, adding that filming takes place twice a week with long hours involved. The main reason the Wirral family departed the show was the affect of Covid as they couldn't be filmed and daughter Eve was living in a separate household. Around the same time, Eve started working as a teacher and is currently studying for PhD at the moment.
