Dave Myers' wife, Lilliana Orzac, has opened up about life following the death of Hairy Bikers star Dave Myers in a heartfelt statement. The beloved chef sadly passed away in February at the age of 66, with wife Lilliana, close friend Si King, and family at his side.
Penning an emotional social media post, she wrote: "Life stood still when I lost Dave. It still seems still, empty and sad. And I know it might seem too soon to even consider moving on. How can I move on from this wonderful, exhilarating, out of ordinary on so many levels, life that I shared with an extraordinary man? When he is everywhere and in everything around me?"
"Carry his zest for life with me! Laugh and love like Dave! Having Dave Days for the rest of my life! I'M MOVING FORWARD WITH HIM! ". The couple were surrounded by loved ones on their big day, including Si, who had the honour of being Dave's best man. In a chat with the Mirror, Dave humorously revealed: "I didn't propose - she's still waiting! There was all this kerfuffle about papers so we talked about it and decided we should get married to secure the relationship. We were dead sure it was right and her mum and dad were coming over so we did it. We did end up having 400 people there. It was an epic.
