Blues boss pleased club successfully appealed stadium ban ahead of Dungannon Swifts game
Having Windsor Park fully open to fans for Linfield's first home game of the season is a "huge plus" said David Healy.
The club successfully appealed that decision last week meaning it's business as normal for Linfield. Healy welcomed the decision by the IFA Appeals Board and said it is unfair for the players and club to be punished for "matters that are out of their hands". “We’ve tried everything — we’ve tried in-house methods; and we’ve tried everything else. Sometimes the club and the players shouldn’t be punished for matters that are out of their hands. Thankfully, this time they’ve taken on board what we have tried to do.
