It’s a high-rise building.” The alarm, which has reportedly regularly lasted for two to three days, can be clearly heard in a video taken by Mr Chadha from his flat. The tower is part of a part of the wider Cortland Cassiobury development, which is currently 485 homes, but has the potential to expand to around 800.
