Death-row alpaca Geronimo could be euthanised today despite legal boost
Geronimo the alpaca could still be killed after 5pm on today despite a top judge agreeing to listen to fresh evidence in the animal’s defence that he should be allowed to live.But owner Helen Macdonald, 50, has fought hard to overturn the ruling and the case has been in the media spotlight with celebrities having called for him to live and nearly 120,000 people have now signed a petition backing her.
