A woman on the island of Guadeloupe believed to have decapitated her two small children had to be Tasered by police and was admitted into a psychiatric hospital after she was found wandering the streets naked and singing.
The children's father, who had just returned home from work, alerted emergency services, which was when police found the woman 'in a state of delirium', according to commander of the Guadeloupe gendarmarie General Christophe Perret.
