Declan Caddell believes he has "settled in well" at Crusaders. The former midfielder took up the managerial reins in the summer after legendary boss Stephen Baxter stepped down after almost two decades in charge.
"It will take a while. I obviously have a style of play in my head, how I want us to play. My own philosophy," Caddell said. "To be fair the four or five boys that came in have done well. You had a few who started against Glentoran and did well. He added: "I think I have settled in well. It took a while to come around as it was announced so early. But it nice to get the European venture over and focus on the bread and butter of the league.
