Police are appealing for witnesses and anyone with dashcam footage to come forward after a Vauxhall Mervia was 'wilfully' set on fire at around 7pm on Sunday, December 8, in Paisley.
The incident, which involved a silver Vauxhall Meriva, happened on Hollows Avenue at around 7pm on Sunday, December 8. Police Scotland are appealing for anyone that witnessed anything suspicious to come forward.
Detective Sergeant Jamie McAteer said: “Our enquiries are ongoing and I am appealing to anyone who witnessed the fire or anything suspicious in the area around the time to contact us. “I would also appeal to anyone who was in the area and may have dash cam or private CCTV footage which could help to get I touch.”Sign up to our daily Glasgow Live newsletter here to receive news and features direct to your inbox
