The 26 year-old from Nantyrhwch, Tregaron was pulled over by police near Builth Wells on November 23, when petrol station staff reported a driver who appeared to be under the influence.“The witness suspected the male was intoxicated. He was struggling to pay for items in the Texaco garage.Mr Maddocks said Carrington had no previous convictions.
Mitigating, Mrs Pat Matthews, said: “This is going to have an effect on him. He is a delivery driver part-time for Evri so, obviously, he won’t be able to do that once he loses his licence.
