Pushing off that leg, she then straightens and lifts it up and out to the side, raising her arms into a T shape. “Push and lift up,” she instructs. Her last favorite aims to “really work the buttocks and the back of the thighs,” she said. It might be the trickiest of the three, as it takes a bit of balance. But, standing on one leg, she puts her hands on her hips and hinges forward, simultaneously lifting the other leg behind her—similar to a warrior three pose in yoga.
