A man sent topless photos and texts to a teenage girl within weeks of being spared jail for her abduction.
Between September 5 and September 21, the pair exchanged phone calls and messages on a regular basis. Among them were photos of Sanderson, who was topless in bed, Preston Crown Court heard on Tuesday .Sentencing, Judge Ian Unsworth KC said the defendant was "cunning, deceptive and manipulative." The judge said: "He lied to the police, he acted as though the order that was made by the court was simply not in existence.
The judge said: "He has let himself down and let down his family. His family leant out to him at the time of his sentence, his mother offering him a home and much needed structure to his life. He has acted without any responsibility at all." "I have come to the clear conclusion that the defendant has behaved in a cunning, deceptive and manipulative manner. It is clear there was frequent contact, and the direction of communication was not all one way, or majority one way.
