A woman who accused Sean 'Diddy' Combs of rape will be featured in a new Peacock documentary about the hip-hop mogul. The documentary, 'Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy,' includes an interview with the alleged victim, identified only as Ashley. While her face will not be shown on camera, she details her harrowing experience claiming Diddy, along with others, sexually assaulted her in March 2018.
Ashley Parham, as identified in court documents, filed a lawsuit against Diddy in October, alleging he barged into her friend's apartment and threatened her before the assault took place. Parham's allegations came shortly after Diddy was arrested and charged with racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution. The lawsuit states that Diddy, brandishing a knife, threatened to cut Parham's cheeks into a 'Glasgow smile' before his bodyguard, Kristina Khorram, allegedly threatened to ship her overseas if she spoke out. Parham claims in the documentary that she has been isolated since the alleged assault and struggles to trust anyone. She recounts the alleged assault in detail, stating that Diddy forcefully inserted a TV remote into her vagina while threatening her life. The lawsuit also alleges Diddy instructed her friend, Shane Pearce, to rape Parham as well, and that both men took turns assaulting her. Diddy's legal team vehemently denies all allegations, calling Parham's claims 'fabricated' and stating that the Contra Costa County Sheriff's Department found the accusations 'unfounded.' They also claim Diddy was not in California at the time of the alleged assault. The documentary, featuring interviews with Diddy's childhood friends, bodyguard, and singer Al B. Sure!, who previously dated Diddy's on-and-off girlfriend Kim Porter, is set to premiere on Peacock on Tuesday. Diddy is currently incarcerated at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center awaiting his trial, scheduled to begin in May. He is currently sharing a cell with Luigi Mangione, a 26-year-old suspect in the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
