Gold miner Northern Star Resources generated A$52 million in free cash flow over the September quarter as its growth capital scales up under a plan to reach a production profile of two million ounces per annum by fiscal 2026. The ASX's biggest homegrown gold miner produced 373,904oz of gold during the September quarter from its Kalgoorlie, Yandal and Pogo operations in Western Australia at all-in sustaining costs of $2082/oz — a cost increase of around 15% on the June quarter's $1815/oz.
"We haven't thought through just yet what we're going to do with . Once we see it in the account, we'll start considering it." Discipline remains key On the investor call, Tonkin reiterated his frequent talking point over the past year that regardless of record gold prices and the global demand outlook, the company's discipline remained the key to its success.
