Phillipa Soo has been tapped to join the Dr. Odyssey cast for Ryan Murphy's upcoming medical procedural series.
cast members Joshua Jackson and Don Johnson. This marks Soo’s first major TV project in nearly two years following appearances in 2021’s Dopesick and 2022’s Shining Girls.Dr. Odyssey is written and executive produced by Murphy, Jon Robin Baitz, and Joe Baken, with Paris Barclay attached to direct. The series will reportedly take place on a cruise ship.
Jackson is no stranger to the medical genre as he previously portrayed a doctor in 2021’s crime thriller Dr. Death. His most recent TV project was Paramount+’s series adaptation of the 1987 movie Fatal Attraction. He will next be seen in Sony Pictures’ newest Karate Kid movie with Ralph Macchio and Jackie Chan.Maggie Dela Paz has been writing about the movie and TV industry for more than four years now.
