Video shows a man dressed in black smashing the bonnet of a blue Citroen while raging at the other driver.Witnesses said the other driver got back into his car, mounted the pavement and sped towards the man with an axe, forcing him to run out of the way, before he fled the scenePolice closed Sherratt Street in Ancoats, Manchester, after reports of the axe attack at around 12.30pm yesterday.A man in his 30s was arrested in connection with the incident and has been released under investigation.
