Sophie, 59, smiled for the cameras as she sat in the stands alongside her husband, Prince Edward, the Duke of Edinburgh.
The Duchess of Edinburgh looked in high spirits today as she watched a Paralympics Equestrian event in Versailles today.
Edward was dressed casually and sported a blue gingham print shirt along with a black blazer, a red handkerchief and navy suit trousers. Many members of the Royal Family enjoy watching Equestrian and some have even won Olympic gold medals in the sport themselves.She garnered a gold medal at the European Eventing Championships in 2005 in addition to attaining a silver medal at the World Equestrian Games in 2006.
Edward wasn't able to join in on the socialising as he appeared distracted and was craning his neck to see the fencing action past the French fan on Wednesday Anne herself competed at the 1976 Olympics during the three-day equestrian event, but she did not get a medal.
