EastEnders star Lacey Turner is best known to many of us for playing fiery mum Stacey Slater in the long running BBC soap, with millions of viewers tuning in each and every week to catch up on her latest storylines.
But fear not soap fans, as OK! has you covered with a quick run down of Lacey’s most memorable tattoo designs and the meanings behind them. Lacey unveiled her Elephant tattoo back in 2017, taking to Instagram to share snaps during the inking process as well as the finished artwork. Generally, birds symbolise freedom and hope but historically the meaning behind two swallows date back to British sailors, who used the tattoos to show off their sailing experience.Hamsa Hand Another of Lacey's intricate tattoos, is a Hamsa hand, with the soap star first sharing a glimpse of it on social media back in 2011.
