Neil has a recurring role in Emmerdale as DS Wise Hollywood actor Neil Roberts – also known for appearing in Emmerdale and Coronation Street – has joined the cast of EastEnders as part of George Knight’s ongoing storyline. At the start of this year, George’s adoptive parents Eddie and Gloria arrived at the Queen Vic pub and revealed to George that he was adopted via a process called child farming.
The character was seen in the village last year, when he investigated the suspicious circumstances surrounding Craig Reed’s death. In Coronation Street, Neil portrayed Mike Leydon from 2011-2012, he appeared in Hollyoaks in 2017 as Glenn Donovan, and played a variety of characters from 2003-2021 in BBC One’s Doctors.
