Peter Beale was run off his feet in the chip shop with a queue of disgruntled customers building up and one woman playing part of a couple who'd been told there was a lengthy wait for chips threw herself into the role with gusto. It might have been a brief moment of scene setting, but it distracted viewers as one person shared the clip and commented on X: "Absolutely obsessed with this extra."

But her companion also drew attention as he reached for the pickled egg jar - one viewer commented: "Is no one concerned that the customer is just sticking his grubby hand directly into the jar of pickled eggs??!?"
