EastEnders star James Farrar, who plays Zack Hudson, has tackled heavy storylines about issues including HIV and stillbirth, as he admits it 'gets on top of him'
EastEnders favourite James Farrar has admitted that the hard-hitting storylines he faces on the show can take a toll on him.
James, who also shared that the BBC gives him plenty of support to cope, added: "Help is always there. I make sure I talk to people. The actor has impressed fans with the way he handles sensitive issues, with the actor grateful that he gets to raise awareness about important topics. The storyline was kicked off when Brett, a former friend of Zack, arrived at Albert Square with his own diagnosis and urged Zack to get tested because they used to share needles.
