Musk shared the documentary with his 210 million followers on X, describing it as “worth watching” and calling for Robinson’s release. It comes after Phillips rejected Oldham Council’s request for a Government-led inquiry into historical child sexual exploitation, claiming that it should be led by the council instead.
Writing on X, she further criticised Musk’s support for Robinson, stating: “Tommy Robinson is in jail for contempt of court because he repeated false claims against a Syrian refugee. It’s not a ‘debate.’ It’s a lie, and he tried to use it to foment anger and hatred in our society for political gain. Elon Musk appears to be doing the same.”
