Beth’s heading off on her holidays Emmerdale’s Beth Cordingly is going on holiday, but she’s not entirely ready to relax just yet. The actress, who arrived in the ITV soap as Ruby Fox-Miligan earlier this year, recently shared two pictures on her Instagram enjoying a small glass of red wine while on a plane. In the caption, Beth explained she is more than ready to enjoy her time away from the soap, but she’s currently on ‘high alert’ about her child. ‘Ruby’s going on holiday.
