June had been living with dementia We’re getting very close to finding out who Ella Forster really is in Emmerdale. This week, the newcomer moved into Liam’s house after he discovered she was sleeping in his car. When Mandy spotted a picture amongst Ella’s belongings, she had a look and saw two young girls smiling together – one had red hair, the other had black curly hair. Ella realised what Mandy was doing and snatched the photograph away.
Ella absolutely adored spending time with her, and the scenes also allowed us to learn that in the past, the duo went through something together that made them ‘very sad’. In Friday’s episode of the ITV soap, Ella headed off to the care home to see June again, this time with a bunch of flowers. When she arrived at the room, Ella was a little puzzled to realise it was empty. Outside, Ella asked an employee where June was, and then received the devastating news she had died last night.
