The web of lies is unravelling The start of Super Soap Week is hours away and for Emmerdale, it involves Charity Dingle and Chloe Harris trapped in a car that’s slowly rolling off a cliff. Before this, a paranoid Mackenzie is busy planning a holiday in Scotland, hoping Chloe will agree to the idea of moving there permanently so he doesn’t have to think about Charity revealing their affair.
As they set off on their holiday, Mack and a withdrawn Chloe spot Charity at the side of the road with a broken down car. Offering Charity a lift, Chloe deliberately misses a turning and heads for the moors instead, planning on abandoning Charity and Mackenzie. With Charity picking up on them being in the middle of nowhere, she forces Chloe to pull over. Mack wakes up first after the crash But just as Mack prepares himself for what’s ahead, a car smashes into them.
