Cleaning expert Wendy Graham says that limescale can make your tea and coffee taste bitter and revealed the 'amazing superpower' that will remove it quickly and easily
Most people are unaware of the need to clean their kettle, but dedicating just 10 minutes to this often overlooked task can prevent limescale build-up and keep your drinks tasting great.
Fortunately, cleaning expert and founder of Moral Fibres, Wendy Graham, has revealed that you can " quickly, easily, and naturally" remove limescale from a kettle using ingredients found in your kitchen cupboard, reports the Express. Vinegar can be used to clean a kettle, but many people choose not to use it due to its strong taste and smell, which require thorough rinsing before you can brew another cup of tea. Wendy's "preferred method" for battling limescale in kettles is the use of citric acid, a natural cleaner derived from lemon or lime juice.
