Sister Amie Lawson says she will get justice for her brother Alan, who died two days after he was allegedly tortured in Largs and dumped at his Saltcoats home.
The heartbroken sister of alleged kidnap and torture victim Alan Lawson has said life will never be the same.
The fundraiser reads: "No one can believe what has happened to Alan or the horror him and his family are going through. Locals spoke of their shock at the news, saying they couldn't believe what may have happened just yards from their homes. "The guy who lived there hadn't been there long and I didn't know him, but you would see him and others coming and going now and again.
Police say they are following a "positive line of enquiry" regarding the suspect and have launched an online portal for people to submit information. “I’d like to thank everyone who has provided us with information so far but we still need the public’s help to establish exactly what happened to Alan. Any information you have, no matter how insignificant you think it might be, could be crucial to the investigation.
