Dylan Kearns was described a someone who was 'liked by everyone'
A heartbroken family has issued a tribute to a man who died following a serious collision on the East Lancs Road in Merseyside.
His family described him as a "well-known lad" who was "liked by everyone". A 45-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, driving a vehicle while unfit through drugs, and driving a vehicle with a proportion of a specific controlled drug above the limit. The man currently remains in police custody. "They are being supported by specially trained officers.
