Scenes from the long-running soap saw Callum comfort Jay after he was arrested earlier this week.
During scenes aired earlier in the week, Callum Highway set Jay up to be arrested for ketamine possession, in a bid to finally get him off the drug.
The situation became so sour that Jay became violent and punched Callum after he discovered he'd been stitched up over his arrest. Later in the soap, Callum comforts Jay after he opened up to him, explaining he'd considered buying drugs but stopped himself because he didn't want to lose Lexi.Fans of the show flocked to social media to share their thoughts on the emotional moment.@BovaryCee added: "This is how Callum should’ve been like this from the beginning. He should’ve believed Jay when he said why he was seeing Nadine. Instead, he didn’t believe him and was judgmental.
