But one complication is the 58-year-old’s 45-per-cent stake in Crystal Palace, with Premier League rules forbidding ownership of two clubs in the same division.reporting on 21 August the American billionaire had jetted into Liverpool to hold further talks with Moshiri, there has been no official update on where the takeover deal is currently at over the past few weeks.Everton’s performances on the pitch won’t be helping the negotiations as the two parties look to strike a deal.
