The recent fatal beating of a man by African American police in Memphis is about “unconstrained violence” and not race, says Sky News host Chris Kenny.
“It’s about unconstrained violence, criminal disrespect, and a crime and law enforcement
culture under extreme duress, no matter the skin colour of the perpetrators, or the victims,” he said.
