Fatman Scoop dies aged 53 after collapsing on-stage

Fatman Scoop has died after he was transported by an ambulance to hospital after suffering a medical emergency on stage in Hamden, Connecticut

His tour manager, Birch Michael, also known as Pure Cold, first reported the death of Scoop, who's real name is Isaac Freeman, on Saturday.

"You taught me how to be the man I am today. I love you Scoop, Thank you so much for everything you gave to me.""I am honestly lost for words…" he said. Isaac was rushed to hospital on Friday night after he collapsed on stage mid-performance at the Town Centre Park in Hamden, Connecticut, leaving panicked concert-goers screaming.
