Horrific body camera footage shows prison guards fatally beating a handcuffed inmate in a New York prison. The FBI and the state attorney general are investigating the incident.

The FBI is investigating body camera footage that shows prison guards fatally beating a handcuffed inmate. Robert Brooks, 43, died following the beating in a New York prison.
