Emergency services raced to Cameron Street in Coatbridge earlier today to battle flames.
Footage taken by a shocked onlooker shows thick black smoke billowing into the sky.
It is understood that the fire took hold of a dog training centre within the Northburn Industrial Estate. It was first feared the fire was linked to two chemical spills that sparked a major emergency response earlier this month. A Scottish Fire and Rescue spokesperson said: "We were called to reports of a fire within a commercial property at 10.34am on Sunday, November 17. Operations Control mobilised three appliances. We are still currently at the scene. There are no reports of any casualties."
