SAN ANTONIO - A Bexar County Sheriff's lieutenant fired months after posting selfies outside the United States Capitol Building during the deadly January 6, 2021 riot has received a settlement from Bexar County .Ex-Lt Roxanne Mathai received a $395,000 settlement from the county, according to a Bexar County Justice of the Peace court official.
