But next Tuesday, Mayor Sandy Stimpson intends to take that choice off the table. He is sponsoring a resolution before the city council, asking them to fire Prine.
Prine was placed on administrative leave last Tuesday after what the mayor's office described as a communications break down with the police department's cyber unit, as well as what's described as troubling findings in a review of the department's procedures.It will take five yes votes from the council to fire Prine."I’m going to listen to Mayor Stimpson,” says C.
