Households all across the country may be eligible for extra financial support from the government in the run-up to Christmas.
Second cost of living payment Millions of households should expect to see the second half of the £650 cost of living payment this November. £324 will be automatically paid to eligible peoples' bank accounts between November 8 and 23. You can receive the payment if you are born on or before September 25, 1956, living in the UK for at least one between September 19 to 25 - known as the qualifying week.
