A 'severe' flood warning has been issued for part of Greater Manchester, with residents urged to 'act now'.
A yellow weather warning for rain warning, which covers all of Greater Manchester, came into force at 6pm yesterday and lasts until 9pm tonight.The Environment Agency has said properties on or near to Viola Street, Blackburn Road, Greenwood Vale, Old Road, Seymour Road, Berkeley Road and Moss Bank Way, in Bolton, are at 'severe' risk of flooding.
