Water supply has been restored and floods drained following a clean up operation on Gerrard Street in Rochdale . The road was hit by floods from a burst water main in the early hours of Monday morning, with residents saying that this is not the first time the street has been flooded. A resident on flood-stricken Gerrard Street told the Manchester Evening News that the street still looks 'like sh*t, but at least we have water'.
