Top Afghan female cop goes on the run after 'brutal beating' in latest evidence of Taliban rule
Fawad Andarabi was dragged from his home in Andarab Valley, Kabul on Friday. During Taliban rule from 1996 to 2001, music deemed un-Islamic and banned. Gulafroz Ebtekar is on the run after Taliban beat her while she tried to flee Kabul.
