. The north of England and Scotland will experience bitterly cold temperatures dipping below zero, with some regions facing icy blasts as low as minus six degrees, NottinghamshireLive reports.
Weather guru Jim Dale reiterated that it would be "one to watch,", reports the Mirror. He explained: "It's the cold backside of ex-hurricane Kirk, which by then may have become Storm Ashley.
