FORMER Great Britain and England rugby league player Gareth Hock has been charged with rape.
The 39-year-old, from Wigan, was also charged with assault and controlling or coercive behaviour, Greater Manchester Police said.Credit: Action Images - ReutersThe Greater Manchester Police's statement said: "Gareth Hock from Wigan has been charged with multiple offences, including rape, assault and controlling or coercive behaviour, among others. He has been remanded in custody and will appear at court at a later date.
