A former English National Ballet principal has been charged with more than a dozen sexual assaults at a dance school, The Telegraph can reveal.
Yat-sen Chang, 48, is accused of repeatedly groping a female over the age of 16 at the West London School of Dance between December 1, 2014 and December 31, 2016.
