Latest Manchester United news and gossip as former manager David Moyes lands a new job after leaving the Premier League
Moyes left his role as manager of West Ham in the summer after spending nearly five years in charge in what was his second stint at the London Stadium. The former United boss was replaced by Julen Lopetegui earlier this summer and it has not taken long to find a new role.
The role will involve Moyes attending matches - likely to be in the Champions League, Europa League and Europa Conference League - on behalf of UEFA and reporting back findings to the football governing body. Moyes' findings will be submitted to UEFA's technical department which will contribute to their annual report at the end of the season.
Moyes lasted a little under a year in the role before he was dismissed in April 2014. He has since gone on to manager Real Sociedad and Sunderland, as well as enjoying two spells in charge of West Ham since 2017.
