Liverpool winger Mohamed Salah's future at Anfield is in doubt with his contract expiring at the end of this season
Liverpool could be powerless to stop Mohamed Salah leaving their club should he take up an option which is open to all professional footballers. Players in the Premier League are free to negotiate with clubs overseas once their contract enters its final six months. These negotiations can result in the player signing a pre-contract agreement with a chosen club that means they move to their preferred destination upon the expiry of their current deal.
