It comes after footage was widely shared on social media of large crowds of young people attempting to access the event.
The organisers of the Fundamania fairground experience have issued a statement following an incident in South Belfast on Saturday evening.
"We had a group of close to 1,000 people at our front gate attempting to pay in at the gate who refused to leave for two hours. "Once we reach capacity for online bookings, our system shuts down for that particular day and you can no longer book so these people came down hoping to pay in. "If anyone wishes to seek a refund they can contact our Facebook page and send us a message they'll receive a full refund within two working days.
