Scott Fitzgerald aged 34, Keith Whyte aged 33, and Lewis McGrath aged 30, pled guilty to the offences on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at the High Court in Glasgow.Today, Friday, October 13, at the High Court in Glasgow, Fitzgerald was sentenced to six years and six months, Whyte to six years, and McGrath to four years and nine months of jail time.

In Spring 2022, officers recovered cocaine with a street value of over £300,000 and heroin worth around £21,000 from properties in Aberdeen and Glasgow. A sawn-off shotgun was also recovered from the Glasgow property.Division said: “This sentencing underlines our commitment to the Serious Organised Crime Taskforce and the country’s Serious Organised Crime Strategy.“Information from the public is crucial in helping us to combat those involved in drug activity in our communities.
